We are independently owned, sustainably driven coffee and food inspired business. We are located at the heart of Gibraltar in Irish Town just seconds away from buzzing Main Street.

Our story starts back in 1999 when we opened the doors to our first outlet, Cafe Trinity’s, in West London’s area of Chiswick which was successfully trading for 12 years. Trinity’s has been great experience where we have gained irreplaceable experience which helped us taking things further and launching The Hill Cafe in 2010.

Since launch of The Hill we have steadily grown introducing more confectionaty goods, snacks, healthy alternatives while still maintaining unwavering focus on high quality organic coffee.

In 2015 we have taken our journey to British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar where we have started our project by completley redisigning and building from scratch what baceme our Cork & Fork.

Ever since we serve quality organic coffee, great fresh food and drinks to all local people, local businesses and tourists alike.
